How does it work?
Barton Training offers real-time, experiential learning in a controlled
environment. Participants run a residential holiday for a group
of selected disadvantaged children.
As the project progresses, the performance of the management team is analysed with the help of professional trainers. Team leaders learn first-hand which actions to take to increase all aspects of team performance.
